Resurrection is a class unique to our facility. Using only your body weight, each session will last about 45 minutes targeting the entire body with a solid workout. Looking for something in between training sessions and group fitness? This is the class for you!

GRIND is the advanced version of Resurrection. After being in the Resurrection classes for a couple months, or if you enjoy lifting weights, this class is for you!
