Resurrection is a class unique to RMS. Using only your body weight, each session will last about 45 minutes targeting the entire body. Foundational movement patterns and exercises (crawling, hip hinge, squats, push, pull etc.) will be used to give you a solid workout to develop and strengthen your body. Looking for something in between training sessions and group fitness? This is the class for you!
