Resurrection is our signature group training experience, exclusive to our facility. Each 45-minute session delivers a full-body strength and conditioning training session coached with the same attention you’d expect in a personal training session. Every exercise is intentionally adjusted to your current fitness level, with individualized guidance on form, load, and progressions—so you’re training safely and effectively, not just following along.
You’ll build strength, improve conditioning, and move with confidence while training alongside a supportive community that keeps you motivated and accountable. If you want the results and coaching of personal training combined with the energy of a small group, Resurrection is for you.

Energy Burst is a coached, small-group HIIT training session designed to strategically elevate your heart rate while allowing just enough recovery to reset and push hard again. Each session is intentionally programmed to develop total-body strength and conditioning, with movements adjusted and progressed based on your individual fitness level.
Your coach provides real-time guidance on form, intensity, and effort to ensure every round is purposeful and effective. Whether you’re newer to training or ready to challenge yourself, Energy Burst delivers structure, accountability, and a high-energy environment that keeps you moving forward.

Saturday Circuit is a coached group training session designed to kick off your weekend with purpose. The class typically features ten timed stations that blend strength, core, cardio, and total-body training into a fast-moving, engaging format.
This class is a perfect complement for Resurrection and Energy Burst regulars, adding variety while reinforcing strength, conditioning, and movement quality. With adaptable stations and guided progressions, Saturday Circuit works for all fitness levels and is especially great for bringing a friend or family member—everyone trains at the level that’s right for them.

Join Hidi, Alexis and Robin on Monday evenings for a cardio dance class featuring current and old school hits. With the lights low and the tunes loud, we move and groove non-stop for 55 minutes following the instructor’s lead. No dance experience needed, but be ready to have a good time! Join the party!
