Hidi Horikoshi

Hide has been training clients and teaching group fitness since 2008, and has been leading Resurrection Movement Studio for a decade with a mission to help people of all ages move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence. He holds certifications as a Precision Nutrition Coach (PN1), Girls Gone Strong Women’s Coaching Specialist (Level 1), StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor (Level 2), Speed and Agility Specialist, Empowered Performance Certified Coach, and Functional Movement Screen (Level 1), among others.

At RMS, Hide works with youth athletes through the ELEVATE program as well as adults returning to fitness or rebuilding after injuries. His coaching blends expert knowledge with a genuine care for people—always meeting them where they are, tailoring training to be safe, effective, and age-appropriate. Whether guiding kids through their first movement experiences or pushing high school athletes to the next level, Hide creates an environment where each client feels supported, challenged, and valued.

"In 2016 I suffered a serious rotator cuff tear and ruptured biceps tendon which required surgery. As soon as I was out of a sling I asked Hidi for help in rebuilding the strength and functionality in my right arm and to help achieve my long standing goal of becoming a certified Strongfirst SFG kettlebell instructor.

Hidi was instrumental in helping me rebuild my right arm/shoulder in record time. He also helped get me ready for the challenging certification by correcting my "too numerous to count" form issues.

As a result of Hidi's guidance and knowledge, I was able pass the certification. He is an outstanding instructor and can help anyone in achieving their fitness goals."

Rawle Clark

Rawle acquired his training certificate through World International Training School in 2015. However, he has been an unofficial source of reference to many in the form of strength building and aesthetics during his 20 plus years of working-out and being actively involved in sports. Clients ranging from age 8 to 60’s have benefited from his dedication to improving health.

“I have been a member of Resurrection Movement Studio since February 2015. I have been involved in group fitness classes, as well as personal training sessions. Each of the classes offered has something unique for every individual.

I have been very fortunate to work with a majority of the trainers at RMS, with each one having a different approach to their training style. Rawle helps to push and challenge me to reach my goals and strive for new ones. He makes working out fun too.

I have been impressed with Rawle’s passion to help others, his knowledge, and his ability to adapt the workouts to meet the needs of his clients. Through Rawle’s and the other trainers’ dedication and passion, I have been able to work through physical injuries, only to make myself physically and mentally stronger.”
